TokyoStar Apparel was founded in 2007 and is dedicated to creating high quality apparel featuring original, funny, and crazy designs by real Japanese artists.
Printing
All of our apparel is professionally silk screen printed for high quality and durability.
Shipping
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days of being processed and sent USPS priority mail. If you ever have a rush order or have special shipping needs, please contact us and we will do everything we can to help you.
Returns/Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to return or an exchange an item please use the return form located in the "My Account" section. If you did not create an account when placing your order and would like to make a return or exchange please contact us using the "Contact Us" form and include your contact information and order#.
Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days of ordering as long as all items are in original unwashed condition. If you need to exchanges an item due to it having a manufacturing flaw we will gladly exchange it for the same item free of charge (including shipping) For all other returns or exchanges the cost of shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you are interested in carrying our shirts for wholesale please use the "Contact Us" form and in the subject line write "Wholesale". Upon receipt of your message a sales representative will be in contact with you to help you setup an account with us.
